About Sydney Airport Hotel Guide

Sydney Airport Hotel Guide helps you choose a hotel near Sydney Airport and plan how to get to and from it. We cover hotels within about 3 to 5 km of the airport, and all three terminals: T1 International, and T2 and T3 Domestic.

Why we made it

Sydney's airport hotels are spread across Mascot and nearby suburbs. The details that matter, such as which terminal is closest, whether you can walk and whether the shuttle is free, are scattered across booking sites and hotel pages, and they often disagree. We put them in one place, in plain language, and say so when sources don't agree.

How we research

We start with official sources: Sydney Airport and Transport for NSW for terminals, trains and buses, and the hotels' own sites where we can read them. Where we can't confirm something, such as a shuttle price or a walking time, we say so and mark the entry "not yet verified". Hotels, prices and shuttle times change, so check with the hotel before you book.
